Parties: Peoples International Language Institute (PILI - A Concern of PIF) & International Language Certification Board.

Purpose: To empower young professionals and migrant workers with essential language skills (English, Japanese, Arabic, and German) to secure better employment opportunities abroad.

Key Objectives:

• Offer standardized IELTS, Spoken English, and regional language skill courses.
• Provide subsidized language training for low-skilled workers planning overseas employment.
• Conduct digital literacy and cross-cultural communication workshops.
• Certificate issuance verified by recognized global educational bodies.

Duration: 3-year term.
