People's International Foundation's Microfinance program is designed to create sustainable economic opportunities for low-income families, particularly women who have limited access to formal financial services. We believe that access to small amounts of responsible financial support can help individuals start businesses, expand existing livelihoods, manage household needs, and build a more secure future.
Our microfinance initiatives focus on providing accessible financial services along with guidance, financial literacy, and capacity-building support. Instead of simply providing financial assistance, we work with beneficiaries to develop sustainable income-generating activities that can gradually improve their economic independence.
Through small enterprise financing, livelihood support, savings awareness, entrepreneurship development, and financial education, the program helps individuals strengthen their financial capacity. Women are given particular attention because economic independence plays an important role in improving their decision-making power within families and communities.
Our ultimate goal is to help vulnerable families move toward greater financial stability while creating opportunities for women to become active contributors to their households and local economies.
